I just double checked and it seems to be an event related item, we only sell those a limited time. That’s why it’s not in the Shop. I can still see it in your inventory, did you hide it? If not I’ll ask one of my colleagues to check on it for you as I’m unable to without a computer

I‘ve looked through my entire inventory and can’t find it. There was a day where I did hide a lot of stuff but then I unhide them all. Or well I thought I did at least... but then again. I’m also super dumb so if someone would love to tell me I’m dumb plz do so... If you could ask someone to look into it I would appreciate it~

Oooh yes, that's because you requested an arrangement of your items. When we list them in the order you request, we sometimes have to put a future date in the purchase field to get the item to a certain spot. It also avoids messing up your arrangement if you purchase new items. I don't know if this makes sense but don't worry, it's done on purpose
