I want to watch animes again. I wanna watch shoujos this time. I think the last one I've seen was Yamato Nadeshiko. Are there newer ones?

Fruits Basket got a reboot recently and I heard it‘s pretty good! I only know the manga and can recommend the story.

I enjoyed Ouran High School Host Club, Tonari No Kaibutsu-Kun, Kimi Ni Todoke, Paradise Kiss and Ao Haru Ride

I'd say Nana - not new, but pretty popular for being an amazing series. Sadly has no end, and is more on the Josei side (more mature), but by definition a Shoujo as it was running in a Shoujo Magazine

Natsume Yuujinchou - has several seasons, Slife of Life/Supernatural

If you want more traditional Shoujo's, Fruit Basket had a Reboot recently, and Ore Monogatari is also pretty fun.

Is Mahou Shoujo fine with you? If so, I will recommend Mahou Shoujo lyrical Nanoha series. The first two seasons in my opinion develop the story for Season 3. There is also a two part movie that cover what happen in between the end of season 2, and the start of season 3.

After Season 3, there is 2 spin-off series of the anime, although the characters in the first three seasons do make appearances too

Seconding Fruits Basket if you want something recently released. The other recommendations are very good, so seconding them as well.

For something not so new and not recommended yet, but not old Bokura Ga Ita, Lovely Complex, Akatsuki no Yona (inspired a bit by Korean history, a mix of Eastern Asian ones actually), and Skip Beat (well, maybe manga is better in this case).

Nodame Cantabile isn't shoujo per se (Josei which would denote being more mature, but I find it to be lighter than shoujo oddly enough or way too dark), but it's pretty light romance comedy with some drama sprinkled for good measure. Honey & Clover is also of similar vibe.

For oldie but classics, you could check Glass Mask (personal favorite shoujo, maybe a little corny to today's standard, but it's an influential classic overlooked by Western anime audiences), Fushiji Yuuji and Ayashi no Ceres (just be alert that these are darker than usual), and Fullmoon wo Sagashite. I'd recommend Rose of Versailles and even Attack no 1, but maybe it's too old and also not that easy to find. Utena is pretty cool and strange. Older series tend to be long, so be prepared for more than one season in some cases.

I really liked Karekano, but sadly it just abrupt ends with no resolution. It's the Evangelion of shoujo. Still worthy checking IMO.

Just a caveat about this recommendation. Not trying to be confrontational, just wanna be clear about expectations. It's a fine recommendation otherwise.

Although it's a mahou shoujo, it's targetted to guys. It's a pretty badass take on mahou shoujo, but do not come expecting Shugo Chara. Maybe it's closer to Precure or Ojamajo Doremi if you ignore some fan service shots (very few actually, but the ones it has may be a little too much because of it subtlety, you will understand when watching it). It's kinda like the Little Pony phenomenon. Precure and Doremi were targeted to little girls, but older guys became part of the fanbase. With Nanoha case they just removed the pretense of targeting young girl audience and made it for this male audience.

Does Bannana Fish count as Shoujo lmao

The manga demographic is shoujo, so yes. Although for anime this kinda classification is a bit arbitrary because it is originally just used to define target demography than style/genre, but non Japanese public uses for genre rather than demographic.

In this case it may not match our perception of shoujo as a genre despite original work being targeted at this audience. It's because the term is loose in Japan as well and serves a different purpose. Different publishers may favor vastly different styles within the same demographic. It's interesting case for this particular manga. I'm not that familiar to the magazine (Betsucomi) it was published to say on their style. Bokura Ga Ita kinda fits well while this one and other works I'm not familiar with seem to not fit that well.
