What do you guys think about that?

Not sure. I don't see why "ally" and "questioning" are part of the community according to the guy who made that tweet. Isn't the term "transexual" outdated?
Intersex is a medical condition.
Isn't LGBT+ or LGBTQ just enough?
I don't want to sound like an ignorant straight or a gatekeeper but adding all these acronyms is just confusing and not practical.
As a bisexual I don't see how pansexuality is any different from bisexuality.
The "Q" is an umbrella for all those identities

Unpopular opinion (at least from what I have seen on twitter) but I quite enjoy all the attention pride has been getting from cooperations and companies.
Are many of them corrupt? Yes. I know most of these cooperations and companies aren't doing it due to ethical reasons but for the money. Nothing in the business world is ever about "values" its all about the money. It's wrong but it's reality.

it shows that the LGBT community (+allies) has become a profitable demographic.
The loss they suffer by supporting gay people because of homophobic people no longer holds as much weight as the gains they get from gay people and allies.
You want movies and series to be made about your people? You better be profitable.
You want to matter as a demographic? You better be profitable.
Everything is about profit and whether you are marketable or deserve to get marketed to.

I am completely fine with companies that support their LGBT employees (or at least don't mistreat them) and donate some of the profits to LGBT charities.

I definitely don't agree with cooperations or companies that are homophobic that try to gain profit out of it but I guess the positive thing about this is that the community has become profitable even to homophobes.

Besides an average person sees around 5000-10000 logos a day. If these cooperations show their support even if it's just to profit it will have an influence on people.

Honestly it's a double-edge sword, and sometimes a bitter one.
When I see lots of brands co-opting the rainbow flag while I know they have banned gay content on their platforms (like Twitch), or have let homophobic discourse run hammock (like Youtube), I can just feel a bit disgusted, because it's all lip-service for one month, but the 11 other months of the rest of the year, it's the same homophobic shit all over again.

Like you said, it still probably can help people here and there, that representation is much needed, but I'm not just swayed by it, and I keep it real by keeping brands accountable for their actions. Although, to be fair, brands are never our friends to begin with, no matter what progressive message they try to convey, it's never innocent anyway. So I like to keep so distance about it, and still keep an overall critical outlook about this.

Agree. We shouldn't fall for it. I guess more than about the "support" I am just happy that the LGBT community is getting acknowledged as a profitable demographic. Sadly we won't get what we want whether that be representation of better treatment unless we show them we hold enough socioeconomic power to demand these things. It's fucked up but like I said it's reality.

I'm a lesbian ^^

I thought the "A" stood for asexual/aromantic? I think we all agree allies aren't LGBT. A cishet ally isn't gay or trans for supporting us, they're still cishet. And I love our allies deeply (loud SJW's being an exception) <3
Questioning people (unless gay, wondering if they're bi or ace) will be LGBT+ once they finished questioning and figure out they are. It's a grey area when they haven't yet, but I think we should still welcome them here, help them figure out by listening to them, giving advice etc even if they turn out cishet after all.

Questioning and Ally? This is why I said labels are confusing because it seems like everyone and anyone can make their own label, I know that LGBTQ+ community tries to be as inclusive as they can and I appreciate that but at some point it becomes ridiculous because:
1-Questioning: You're going trough a phase of questioning your sexuality and exploring for the purpose of figuring out if you're part of the community or not, there are a lot of bi-curious people that end up being straight after one or two experiences does that mean they are queer? Hell no. The questioning phase like someone said is a grey area, give them space to discover whether they are part of the community or not don't rush them in being part of it.
Ally: They are cis and straight so yeah no they ain't part of the community, the fact that they are supporters doesn't take away from their sexual identity. Their voice is very much needed and appreciated though
Intersex is tricky though, it's primarily a biological term, intersex people might identify as gender fluid which indeed makes them part of the community or they may identify as either male or female and if they are attracted to the opposite sex then I don't see them as queer just because their genitalia/hormones work a bit differently.
I've seen people considering Demisexual/Sapiosexual as main categories of the LGBTQ+ community, which is rubbish to me demisexual or sapiosexual falls under the umbrella of pansexuality/bisexuality if they are attracted to different genders, sexuality shouldn't be based on what exactly or what quality attracts you to someone like intellect or emotional connection, like at some point we've gotta stop with labeling everything and anything and include it in the community.
End of rant

Questioning, I actually don't mind, but I also think they should fall under the Queer category, which is pretty much an umbrella term of all things non-straight. Intersex, I also think is legitimate here, especially when you realize the amount of maltreatment (medical or otherwise) and suffering that can go along with being an Intersex person. They're also the living proof that sex, gender and sexuality are far more complex than the dumbass binary society has been pushing on us for ages, a binary that LGBT is pretty much against as well.

I don't consider sapiosexual as a valid sexual orientation at all, to be honest. This is pseudo-intellectual bullshit at play here, and I will not accept it under the LGBT umbrella. However, demisexual feels valid to me, but like the poster above said, it is a sub-category of bisexuality. For example, I very likely could identify myself as a demisexual given my history of falling in love with people, but I'd rather keep using the bisexual label anyway, because it's clearer, and the demisexual aspect of it is somewhat anecdotal to me.
Demisexual is similar to me to the labels Demigirl/Demiboy, in the sense that they're a sub-label here to bring precision to what someone is feeling and how they wanna express themselves, but that ultimately they still fall under a larger category/umbrella. It still is good and important that they exist though, but I don't necessarily see the need to add them to the LGBTQIA+ term, they're already included in the +.

I knew I liked boys at 4 because I always stared at them and felt something special.
I was sexually attracted to guys at 12-13 .
Accepted it myself at 16.

I think everyone is different and sexuality isn't always easy to understand. Some may feel things sexually but some others may feel things romantically.

In the 6th grade I accidentally said I don’t like boys when I was denying my “crush” on a guy. This girl heard me say it and I felt weird around her because of that and then somehow before I knew it I had my first real crush on her. Ever since then I just kept getting crushes on girls. Weird I know.

While I scoff at any corporation suddenly going all rainbow-y on June, it's still an interesting and in a way, comforting thought that this is something that would've NEVVVEEERRR happened several years backwards, but it's almost mandatory these days for corporations to do. Progress is happening one way or another, even though this isn't really anything significant, just shows how far we've come.

I always knew, had my first crush on a girl at 5 years old. I was quite open about it and said shit like boys are stupid/gross. People would tell me I would like boys when I'm older, but didn't happen... I ended up in complete denial however, as I went to a christian school I was told I'd go to hell for liking girls, so I tried to convince myself I could like boys, lied to my friends about crushes (literally picking random guys to "crush" on then lose interest whenever they showed interest) sex was simply disgusting to me, I never understood why anyone would do that... But, I didn't allow myself to think of sex with girls, as that'd be "wrong"
Hmm but then I got older, I figured I was no longer too young to be interested in sex, it was still gross to me while I caught myself getting stronger crushes on girls... At some point I could no longer deny it and heck even then, I wondered if I could be biromantic as boys can be nice, but nope, the difference is there. I'm a lesbian and the moment I accepted that, it was terrifying but after coming out and being accepted by others too, I feel so relieved! Tho I came out pretty late, I know I wouldn't be accepted if I did earlier... The downside is that I have pretty much no experience...

Can someone tells me the difference between Bi and Pan?

Bi = attracted to two genders, usually male and female
Pan = attracted to all genders, meaning male, female and non-binary people
