Edit: Yassssss! My google-foo skills are still top-notch! I figured out that the clip was from a BS1 documentary showcasing Mamoru Oshii's live-action production house. Something is airing on the 17th called niji no kakehashi [ rainbow's bridge ] not sure what it is but jyp will appear and its will air 12:59 AM JST where it will air i dont know . My guess it's a special program teasing the new season with jyp's thoughts & comments or a recap of s1 & a preview of s2 with jyp's thoughts so far they do these " special programs " many times in japan & its mostly something like what i just said .
