I'm not sure what country you live in, so what you have on your Netflix might be different from mine, but I would recommend Death Note, for sure: it's a classic, it's completed, it's shounen, and only about 30-something episodes long. The first and only season (for now...) of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is also on Netflix: shounen and 20-something episodes. As @/zoo said, Violet Evergarden is something like 12 episodes long? It's not shounen or seinen, but it's good for some emotional storytelling and I would recommend it, too.
I'm now on season 3 of Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? and it was just announced today that a season 4 would begin airing next year! What great timing!

I heard about it and I like the rpg kind of anime genre.
I think it's good! Of course, it has its flaws, but I found myself enjoying it more than I thought I would, as I said before. If you like fantasy-adventures with magic and monsters and more in-between, then you will probably like it as well!
