Original Lyrics/Romanization
足を洗え!
すべてを忘れるんだ
前へ進め
新しい道を生きるべきだ
賢くなりなよ
Ashi o arae!
Subete o wasurerun da
Mae e susume
Atarashii michi o ikiru beki da
Kashikoku narina yo

思い出は
邪魔だろう
心が縛られるだけ
Omoide wa
Jama darou
Kokoro ga shibarareru dake

もしもここで振り向いたら
夢は終わるだろう
おまえらしくない
まっすぐ行くんだ
Moshimo koko de furimuitara
Yume wa owaru darou
Omaerashiku nai
Massugu yukun da

足を洗え!
過去なんか捨てて行け!
前へ進め
何も持たなくていい
Ashi o arae!
Kako nanka sutete yuke!
Mae e susume
Nanimo motanakute ii

足を洗え!
未来はまっさらだ
ゼロになれよ
今日から生まれ変わって
見知らぬ世界へ
Ashi o arae!
Mirai wa massara da
Zero ni nareyo
Kyou kara umarekawatte
Mishiranu sekai e

悲しみは
残らない
涙が教えてくれた
Kanashimi wa
Nokoranai
Namida ga oshiete kureta

誰かに助け求めるなよ
道に倒れても…
たった一人きり
無様が似合いだ
Dareka ni tasukemotomeru na yo
Michi ni taoretemo...
Tatta hitorikiri
Buzama ga niai da

裸になれ
プライドは役立たず
這いつくばれ
泥だらけになるんだ
Hadaka ni nare
Pride wa yakutatazu
Haitsukubare
Doro darake ni narun da

裸になれ
みっともなくていい
だけど生きろ
くだらない人生なんか
さあやり直そう
Hadaka ni nare
Mittomonakute ii
Dakedo ikiro
Kudaranai jinsei nanka
Saa yarinaosou

今さら
失うものなんか
何もないだろう?
そう どうせいつかは
誰も死んでく
Ima sara
Ushinau mono nanka
Nani mo nai darou?
Sou douse itsuka wa
Daremo shindeku

足を洗え!
過去なんか捨てて行け!
前へ進め
何も持たなくていい
Ashi o arae!
Kako nanka sutete yuke!
Mae o susume
Nanimo motanakute ii

足を洗え!
未来はまっさらだ
ゼロになれよ
今日から生まれ変わって
見知らぬ世界へ
Ashi o arae!
Mirai wa massara da
Zero ni nareyo
Kyou kara umarekawatte
Mishiranu sekai e

見知らぬ世界へ
見知らぬ自分に…
Mishiranu sekai e
Mishiranu jibun ni...

English Translation
Wash your hands clean!
You can forget it all
Move forward
You should live on a new path
You have to get smarter

Memories
Probably get in the way
They just tie your heart down

If I turn around here
The dream will probably be over
That's not like you
I'm moving ahead

Wash your hands clean!
Go ahead and throw away things like the past!
Move forward
You don't have to have anything

Wash your hands clean!
The future is brand new
Start from zero
Be reborn starting today
To the unknown world

Sadness
I have none left
My tears told me so

Don't wish to be saved by someone
Even if the road falls out beneath you...
You're all on your own
Unshapely suits you

Strip down
Pride is useless
Prostrate yourself
You'll be covered in dirt

Strip down
It's okay to be indecent
Because you're alive
Your good-for-nothing life
Come on, let's do it over

Now, after so long,
The things you've lost
Probably weren't anything at all, right?
That's right, at any rate, someday
Everyone will die

Wash your hands clean!
Go ahead and throw away things like the past!
Move forward
You don't have to have anything

Wash your hands clean!
The future is brand new
Start from zero
Be reborn starting today
To the unknown world

To the unknown world
In your unknown self...

Thank you so much . But isn't ashi feet not hands? @Lurkette.

Yes, literally "足を洗え" means "wash your feet," but this is an idiom that has the same meaning in English to "wash one's hands of," which, for our non-native speakers, means "to refuse or intentionally stop partaking in something one was directly involved in." I went ahead and made the decision to change the lyrics to wash your hands, as it inherently makes more sense in English than wash your feet, which doesn't have the same metaphorical meaning. If there's an easy idiomatic exchange, I will change the lyrics to suit the English idiom rather than translating literally and providing a note.

As a matter of personal preference, I prefer to know what they meant, rather than what they said when it comes to translations. Some people prefer the opposite, but this is how I like to translate.
