Some of the locations have 3-day performances, so we're already looking at around 30K in those locations. Looks like the next JP dome tour will have additional venues.

They should have add 2 dome dates instead of 3 dates.
There's still a gap between some of the projected location attendance and dome capacity. Assuming 10K per night, they're still short about 12-15K in Fukuoka. In Shizuoka, the next venue up is Ecopa Stadium, which is 50K plus.

In any case, this tour was not just about giving the opportunity for Onces in outlying regions to attend, but to build up their fanbase even further, which it's achieving. Also, the stage setup is scaled for a smaller venue, not a dome-level venue. As always, they'll take a more conservative / low financial-risk approach rather than over-extend themselves and incur losses.
