Aimer has announced her marriage to music producer Tobinai Masahiro.
Aimer made her first appearance on the '73rd NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen' on December 31 where she performed "Zankyo Sanka," which was produced by Tobinai. Then on January 1, the couple each updated their Twitter accounts and announced their marriage.
She wrote, "I will face my music more and more seriously, and continue singing as long as my voice allows." Meanwhile, Tobinai commented, "I promise to live my life cherishing each other's music."
