-Did you open your curtains?
-Did you do some exercise? If not and you think it's daunting, just stand up and clap your hands twice above your head. Now, while you standing, you can do a few more if you feel up to it. Every movement helps.
-Did you drink some water?
-Did you go outside? If that feels like too much, can you open a window?
-Maybe buy a plant that filters the air?

-Replace one bad food with a better food.
-Pet your pets

I've actually been pretty bad well being wise, so I would say I am not ok in a lot of ways.
I am always finding a way to isolate myself from people and situations, even though the reasoning behind it is complicated.

But I am drinking more water on the plus side.

I still get depressed a lot and feel like nothing matters.
But I am working through it and trying to acknowledge the positives in my life.
Sorry to hear it.
Am glad you are brave enough to work on it, though :) That's something that deserves praise. Well done!
