Yeah this is an issue we are aware of, it comes and go. We have no real solution to offer for the moment apart from clearing cache and see it if fixes it. We are trying to find a solution for this. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Only the one that ignores (user A) won't see the ignored person (user B)'s posts. User B can still see user A's post and reply to them.
