Batten Girls' artist visual for CUE-SAI

Yesterday Stardust idol group Batten Girls revealed the details for their long-awaited 4:th album "CUE-SAI"! The album which will be released on October 19 includes songs from prominent artists such as Daoko and Hidefumi Kenmochi (of WEDNESDAY CAMPANELLA fame) as well as long-time collaborator Watanabe Shinobu. The album's concept is "Kyushu festival" based on the group's home region and it includes songs based on each prefecture in the region. The album includes popular songs OiSa, Watashi Koi Hajimetatteyo!, YOIMIYA & Kouno Minato, 7 new songs, and a remix of OiSa.

I'm very excited about this album! Batten Girls' recent releases have all been good and the list of composers/songwriters for the album is very promising! I like Daoko's music a lot, Wednesday Campanella are also good and Hidefumi Kenmochi has already made multiple great songs for the group. I don't know much about the other composers but I'm looking forward to seeing what they've created. And the cherry on top is the beautiful aesthetic and concept.

Yes, they usually have one composer who writes a few songs (3-5) in the album and the rest of the songs often have different composers.


It does! Batten Girls changed their sound after the unexpected success of OiSa so they probably figured that it would be a good fit.
