As a bodybuilder/sportsman, I have to eat clean most of the time. But as this is my off-season, I can be less strict about my meal plans as I am bulking up. Instant ramen is a cheap and fast way of getting calories to bulk up.
Shin Ramen with a fried egg lightly sprinked with lemon pepper, kimchi, seaweed and slices of potatoes drenched in some mala sauce.
What do you all think about this simple meal?
