One by one, the gliders was gone,
Leaving behind a trail.
One by one, the gliders was gone,
And so begins our tale.
The gliders were earth's protectors but didn't know where to start.
They argued back and forth and talked straight from the heart
Irene and Wendy wanted to return home to the sky and moon and stars,
or the planets of our universe like Pluto, Jupiter, or Mars.
Yeri argued that earth had it all and it could be their wonderful land,
Imagine walking barefoot on a lonely beach kicking up the sand.
Think of all the countries and of places that so strange,
frozen lands, dense jungles, valleys deep and of vast mountain's range.
Seulgi agreed and with a cheer said to think of the beauty we can experience all around,
from the gigantic right down to microscopic, many wondrous things abound.
Joy spoke up and said the highest price has to be paid,
be it that of unselfish sacrifice of life or whenever it is made.
Earth needed the Gliders and the Gliders would remain.
No matter how difficult the pain.
One by one, the gliders came back,
carrying their sugary sweets.
One by one, the gliders came back,
flying through the clouds to their leader's drumbeats.
