I have quite a number of characters even though the only thing I spent money on was the Blessing of the Welkin Moon which gives 3k primogems per month.
Some noteworthy ones apart from the ones you mentioned are: Keqing, Zhongli, Mona, Fischl, Sucrose, Razor, Noelle, Bennett, Ningguang, Xinyan, Diona, Chongyun and more.
