The solo single "Paradise" is said to preview Dreamcatcher's upcoming LP out later this month.

The main vocalist of K-pop rock girl group Dreamcatcher makes a splash on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart ahead of the full group's upcoming album.

Siyeon sees her debut solo single "Paradise" open at No. 10 on World Digital Song Sales for the chart dated Feb. 8, 2020. The 24-year-old is the first member of the Korean pop/rock group to land on the chart so far with "Paradise" marking the highest-charting debut entry from a solo K-pop star since AleXa's "Bomb" entered at No. 7 on World Digital Song Sales in November of last year.

The emotional electro-pop track is said to preview Dreamcatcher's upcoming full-length album Dystopia: The Tree of Language, set for release on Feb. 18. To date, the seven-member group has earned five five entries on World Digital Song Sales. They first entered the chart in 2018 with "Full Moon," which peaked at No. 16, and have since earned two Top 10 singles with 2018's "You and I" and "What," and most recently bowed with "Deja Vu" last fall, peaking at No. 12 on the chart.

Dreamcatcher has fared better on the World Albums chart though, where the group has seen all five of their eligible releases land inside the Top 10, most recently appearing when their Raid of Dream EP hit No. 10 in September.

The chart preview for Dreamcatcher looks promising given the interest in this solo single from Siyeon, as well as the fact that full-length albums tend to fare better on the U.S. charts compared to EPs and give fans even more music to stream.
