Although some people said Dynamite would reach #1 in Hot 100, it is now in doubt.
Meanwhile, BP's new song with Selena Gomez started a big weaker than expected so it won't threat Dynamite.
Which means, the Song of the year will be decided between Dynamite and Eight. (Zico's song was released too early to compete)

If Dynamite wins the Billboard #1 at Hot 100, the game is over. However, my guess is KPop's Senior Singer will get one last chance to inflict damage against Kpop by reaffirming her seniority over Korean pop, thanks to Cardi B's streamings.

Her ironclad support by the local Koreans is her biggest strength which has gotten her thru from a lot of troubles
It depends upon how the Koreans calculate each songs, and it is possible that they might discount Dynamite because the latter is in English

Koreans are quite xenophobic and they tend to discount songs not in their language, so it is actually now a photo finish
