Important thing to note-
A user can only win an award once. In case, a user wins an award and rng selects them for another one afterwards, the user will be skipped and the award will go to the next user who has not won.
In case a user has a specific award already and RNG selects them for the same award, the user will be skipped. And the next user who does not have that specific award will receive it.
