Jessica Jung
The very first idol who was my bias was not Jessica Jung! It was someone in SNSD tho. It was Sooyoung. I thought she was the prettiest when I first got into kpop lol. Anyways, I found out who was singing what parts and grew to love Taengsic. I watched their first reality show and came to love Jessica when she almost passed out after performing ITNW 3 times in a row. I always love Taengsic and slowly drift towards Jessica and then of course 09/30 happen and I'm 100% Jessica. Although when not thinking about that I still love SNSD too.
Yoo Yeonjung
After 09/30 I left kpop for a while and then one day saw Yoo Yeonjung sing ITNW better than anyone I had heard since SNSD.
Honestly I was awestruck! She really just slayed! I instantly became a fan and by the time ioi was formed she was my produce/ioi bias.
At the same time I was kind of looking for new groups to stan, I liked AOA and Stellar although I really didn't know much about kpop back then tbh. I didn't know who Apink, or Gfriend were or other big groups and knew very little about bgs too keke(that's still partly true lol), I hadn't joined a forum lmao.
Anyways, when Yeonjung joined WJSN with Secret I was of course blown away, that's probably my favorite kpop song. Since then Yeonjung never let us down and she has gotten even better and become a 3rd gen vocal queen!

I would casually check out a few groups here and there, but none really caught my attention. One day I came across a clip from the show Sixteen, saw this gif, and I knew I was a goner
As you may already be able to tell, I'm a shallow visual stan - at least at first sight
But personality is what makes me stay for good

Han Seungyeon
My ultimate from day one to today.
She had big eyes and a big voice. lol
Really she is an incredible vocalist though with a great emotional style. She was the one who drew me into Kpop. I waited patiently for every comeback just to get a glimpse at her onstage again. She has since departed solely from singing to include acting in her repertoire and has done an excellent job.

Sweet, kind, lovable and intelligent .
I was struck by how beautiful she was right away. I love her gentle voice. As I learned about her and her personality my admiration for her grew. As I said elsewhere recently she stepped into the void left when Seungyeon left singing for the most part. I hope to see her still for many years to come.

Honestly Hebe was just the first Chinese singer who I listened to who enunciated clearly, so I ended up listening to more. But Hebe doesn't do anything I expect, yet somehow I always end up impressed by her work. I also really like that she always improves, and I've learnt a fair bit from her through the thoughts she shares and her general attitude to career and life.
