I like Banana thick shakes and yes I make them myself

(btw OP there's a rule that there needs to be 10 minutes between topic posts)
There's this shake I love making: Half a banana, a handful of sliced strawberries, oatmeal, a spoonful of honey and water if you want the healthy version. Add peanut butter, or yogurt if you want the unhealthy version, but it is delicious both ways.

for example
vegetable mix with falafel and plain tomate sauce
add little italian herbs and you good for a low cal meal
used to eat that a lot

Ngl, I rarely watch what I eat as I have such a high metabolism and barely gain weight :TzuyuKek: I should start eating healthier, though, but unhealthy food always tastes so much better alsfkd :facepalm:

Anyhow, I love breakfast so for it I'd usually make overnight oats with fruits and nuts :poggers:

Grilled chicken breast or grilled salmon with some green like broccoli, asparagus, etc, for dinner.
