Some long explanations on failed attacks:

If you attack anyone with a snow goggle or a padded jacket, then your attack will fail.
You won't lose HP for attacking someone with a goggle, but you will lose 200HP for attacking one with a padded jacket.

If you have gigantic snowball and your attack failed, you'll lose 200 HP. If you attack someone with a padded jacket, you'll lose 400 HP in total (-200 for fail and -200 for jacket)

If you have a snow gun and your attack failed, you'll lose 100 HP for each failed attack. If you attack someone with a padded jacket, you'll lose 300 HP in total (-100 for fail and -200 for jacket). If you attack both people with a jacket and goggle, you'll lose 400 HP in total (-200 for both fail and -200 for jacket)
