Like, you meet someone cute somewhere and you have their contact. How do you start convo without sounding creepy/awkward?

Drama method : buy a coffee, pretend to walk and bump into him/her, drop the coffee on yourself, he/she will apologize, now you have your contact.

If you have their contact, just start off making light conversation with them. After a bit ask if they want to meet up for coffee/whatever and go from there.
