I slept at least 7 hours. Eight would be better though.
Last night I finished a book.
I ate my vegetables (cabbage and cauliflower to be exact) and monounsaturated fatty acids (avocado, mixed nuts).
I had a bowel movement. TMI but making sure you stay regular is taking care of yourself.
I exercised. I mixture of cardio and strength. I usually just do strength because there's too much sweating with cardio.
But I still don't feel happy because I really want a brownie. I told myself no brownies until I go down 5 pounds. Individually wrapped cookies, daily gummy vitamin dose, hard candy pick-me-ups at work, dark chocolate, and full fat yogurt are the only sweet treats I tell myself I'm allowed to have.
