I ate half a snow skinned one yesterday. (It's covered in a mochi-like shell instead of a baked crust. The mochi-like shell was ube flavored, so it was a lovely parma violet shade.)

Red bean would be a great flavor to try for the first time
I haven't had Hong Kong egg tart but the mooncake taste less egg-ish compared to tart I thinknever had it before, if theres one where the filling is like the one thats in hongkok egg tarts id want to try it

they run out pretty fast in grocery storesNO!!!
