We stan a singer who's not only brilliant at solo but singing duets/in a group

1. Hebe Tien & Sue Su - Wild Child
She was brought on the show as a guest singer to duet with Sue Su, a competitor on a show for singer-songwriters. She truly understood her role as a supporting singer and tempered her performance exactly, while adding a different flavour to the song.

2. Hebe Tien & Han Hong - Angel Devil
Han Hong is one of the most famous Chinse singers and lauded for her singing ability. That Hebe could sing as her equal and not be overshadowed is already testament to her ability; that it won Han Hong's respect is impressive. Also, two skilled singers!! on a stage!!

3. Hebe Tien & Yoga Lin - Fool
If the previous two videos demonstrate her ability to sing with people who have extremely unique styles and tones, this performance shows her in her comfort zone: a ballad, with another singer who's excellent at ballads. Here, in contrast to the past two songs, she starts off harmonising, as she doesn't need to establish her presence in the song in the face of an overwhelmingly individual approach. Unlike many duets between male and female singers, where you have two different perspectives, in this song, they mix their voices almost from start to finish. The one perspective, two people; a different feeling.

4. Hebe Tien & Mayday - The Shape of Love
Firstly, live recording from a concert! love it. Secondly, this song at Mayday's concert, nevertheless has her as the focus as the guest singer, the way Mayday usually does it. She does a fantastic job maintaining a consistent tone that Ashin can join in on in the background. Though Ashin's doing most of the work for the duet here, she's clearly listening to him as she sings.

5. Hebe Tien & Jolin Tsai - Clearly
I just wanna put it here because, two legends. Otherwise, it's not a bad performance, but they def didn't seem to have as much time to rehearse. Nevertheless, good show by two singers who respect each other.
