So how do I put gifs together so i can use them in my sig? Like i wanna have 3 gifs

You would need to get the gifs. Then you can use photopea.com and drag the gifs in to the 900×400 sig size. There is an online tutorial on how to merge multiple gifs in photopea. Just follow that and you should be good. 
You can also use photoshop but I find photopea easier to use and it is free too.
