If you like animated films maybe check out spirited away and howl's moving castle (or any studio ghibli films lol) or Into the Spiderverse or Coraline. If you don't like animated ones, Pan's Labyrinth is a great film with a dark fantasy concept (though the film is in Spanish with eng subs).

I second Pan’s Labyrinth, it’s probably the best movie that I’ve ever watched. It’s just very violent and graphic so be careful of that if you do watch it, OP.
