Hello our dear users and welcome to a new episode of "In Case You Missed It"! We had a crazy week behind us, so many shocking and happy news kept us entertained, while many new releases kept us strong after sad news. Unfortunately, the Charts & Achievements part was cancelled for this week, but we will see it again in a new episode very soon! Without further ado, let's see what the past week brought us!

MONDAY:
#1- A few weeks ago, Atinys saw the revelation of their favourite group's lightstick. While they were busy pre-ordering it, Ateez announced the lightstick's official name — it is Lightiny (light + destiny)! Isn't it adorable?

#2- Right at the beginning of the week, we were introduced to MBC's plans of launching "You''ll Lose If You're Envious", a new variety that focuses on the daily lives of real Korean celebrity couples. Not long passed until we got spoiled about it, Chef Lee Won Il and actress Choi Song Hyun will be starring in the show and it seems that Jeon Somi will be MCing it! It sounds great so far, what do you think?

#3- To pursue her acting career even further, ex-4minute, Heo Gayoon, signed with Yeolum Entertainment. Best of luck to her!

#4- Probably readers' favourite part of the weekly recaps, here are news about an idol's good deeds! This time, it was BTS' Jimin who used winter vacations to replace all desks and chairs in his former high school! It is clear now why he is called BTS' angel.

#5- We have all probably seen and loved the movie "Parasite". It seems like The Academy Awards agreed and gave this movie not one, not two, but four Oscars! The movie received one for "Best Original Screenplay", one for "Best Director", one for "Best Foreign Language Film" and lastly, one for "Best Picture" (on which it is the first non-English movie to receive it! Congratulations to everyone behind the movie!

#6- Sadly, Juice=Juice will soon have to say goodbye to Karin Miyamoto as she has announced that she will be graduating from the group in June. Let's wish her all the best in future!

#7- Mondays were never our favourite day of the week, and the reason for it came in early. MMO and Stone Music Entertainment have terminated IN2IT's contracts. The group won't be disbanding but they won't be under the label anymore. Let's hope they stay together!

#8- Sadly, we have more events affected by the coronavirus. Zico has postponed his concert that was supposed to happen on February 22nd and 23rd. Surely his fans understand the concerns.

#9- Last week, Cherry Bullet fans were busy voting for their fandom name. Out of all the awesome names, the chosen one, Lullets, was officially announced on Monday! How do you feel about this fandom name?

#10- To all Wannables, this week brought good news! First of all, Kang Daniel will be getting his own program, "Hello Daniel", as part of his promotions. In addition to that, Ong Seongwu will also be returning to TV programs. He will reportedly guest on "Point Of Omniscient Interfere"! Let's anticipate both shows!



TUESDAY:
#1- Tuesday was a blessing for fans of Spica! Kim Boa and Kim Bohyung are forming a unit named Keembo! Let's keep an eye on the duo!

#2- It was an eventful week for Elris fans! First, we learned that the group will make their comeback on February 26th, but with 2 new members! Later, more information on the new members was found, will they be your bias?

#3- It is time for the latest comeback news! ONF was announced to release a single titled "Message" on February 17th! Another group scheduled for a return is NCT 127, with "Kick It" as the title track! Blackpink hasn't announced a comeback yet, but rumors about the group preparing for a new album and a big global project started circulating. YG addressed those rumors, and according to them, we can anticipate it!

#4- Sadly, by the end of Tuesday, we learned that Kwon Nara was hospitalised due to dizziness. It happened on the set of the drama, "Itaewon Class". Hopefully, she rests properly and feels better soon.



WEDNESDAY:
#1- Wednesday started off on a sad note with Hinatazaka46 fans getting an announcement that Mao Iguchi will be graduating from the group. We wish her and the group all the best in the future.

#2- If your SNS accounts have been empty this week, here are a few new ones you can follow! WayV's Hendery opened his instagram account, while former Wonder Girls' Yubin opened her YouTube channel! Have you followed them?

#3- ELFs and Donghae stans, there is no rest for us after Super Junior's comeback last week, as we received news that this all-rounder will be making his solo debut in February! From the first teaser image, we found out that the single will be called "Harmony", and that it is a collaboration with rapper BewhY! Are we ready?

#4- It was quite an eventful day awaited FT Island fans too, as Choi Minhwan and ex-Laboum's Yulhee welcomed twins into their family! Both newborns are girls, and these are the 2nd and 3rd children of his! However, as he is getting close to his 30s, the military awaits him. He announced his enlistment which will be happening on February 24th. We congratulate him and his wife, and wish him a happy service!

#5- Now, we are on to a few OST releases! Girl group Lovelyz will be showcasing their mellow voices in the new season of "Haunted House", while Rothy will soon bless the drama, "Ending Again". Anticipation is high for these two!

#6- The K-pop world always has something for fans to look forward to, and this week, they are the lineup announcements for SBS Super Show and KCON 2020 in Japan. WIZ*ONES, do not fear as IZ*ONE will be reportedly be attending KCON, but the day has yet to be confirmed. Let's anticipate both shows!

#7- Sadly, actress Go Soo Jung passed away on this day. May she rest in peace, and we offer our deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.

#8- It seems like K.Will and Starship are fond of each other, as the artist has renewed his contract with the company again! Hopefully, their good relationship continues!

#9- Wednesday didn't fail on delivering another shocking news, as Jang Moon Bok's ex-girlfriend revealed that he has bullied her and came forward with a letter in hopes that no one will be victimized by him anymore. We thank her for being brave and sharing this unfortunate news, and we hope that she is recovering well.

#10- Luckily, we have finally received some good news on Twice Mina's health! JYPE stated that she is recovering well, enough for her to perform "Feel Special" for the first time with the rest of members! We are happy to hear it!

#11- K-pop has really been widening its horizons lately, so Unionwave came to the decision to form a multiracial girl group, and teasers are already up! We wish them success!



THURSDAY:
#1- To start off Thursday, Lee Soo Man received a great opportunity! It was announced that he will be a speaker at SXSW 2020!

#2- One fun fact today too! Blackpink's "Kill This Love" was played on the show "To All The Boys, P.S, I Still Love You"! Did you catch up on the episode and jam to the song?

#3- Some MC-ing and guest appearances news today too! UP10TION's Jinhyuk will be the special MC on "Radio Star", while BoA will guest on "Lee Dong Wook Wants To Talk"! We will surely watch both!

#4- Another interesting fact of the day! Yoo Jae Suk showed us his harp skills as he played it with the Korean Symphony Orchestra at their classical concert!

#5- Queendom gained attention from all girl group stans, so MNET is reportedly considering the new season, it might be for boy groups! We shall stay updated!

#6- AOA fans gather here! Seolhyun will reportedly be a female lead in the drama "Day and Night"! Her teammate, Hyejeong, will be joining the cast of "Although We Don't Know Much, We Are a Family". Meanwhile, Golden Child's Bomin will be starring in "18 Again"! These dramas already sound great!

#7- After 7 years, "Rookie King" will finally return, starring upcoming rookies UNVS! Who will watch it with us?

#8- Here are a few more debuts and comebacks! Starship was revealed to debut 9-member boy group in the first half of this year. Rookies ITZY will be making their comeback on March 9th! The long anticipated debut of Ong Seongwu is close too. All we know, however, is that it will be in the first half of this year. YG fans can't be left alone in the sea of comebacks, so it was revealed that Winner will also be making a comeback, this time with a song produced by their member, Mino! Can't wait to hear all of them!



FRIDAY:
#1- Sadly, Huang Zhibo, a trainee under Yuehua Entertainment, was revealed to run an online scam business selling masks. He was arrested and Yuehua terminated his contract.

#2- Another opportunity opened for BTS! They will be guesting on "The Today Show", airing February 21st! Will you watch it?

#4- A bit more on arrest warrants. Yang Hyun Suk will be sent to prosecution because of his reported involvement in ex-iKON Hanbin's drug scandal. No better news are heard for the production team of "Idol School" as they have been issued an arrest warrant. Hopefully, they will all cooperate with the police.

#5- The coronavirus outbreak has affected AKMU's concerts too, as they have been cancelled in multiple cities. Let's hope to see them soon after the virus is stopped!

#6- IZ*ONE fans are finally getting fed after their hiatus, as the group will return to the public broadcast with "Music Bank" on February 21st! Anticipating!



SATURDAY:
#1- Here's a fun fact this Saturday too! Eric of The Boyz got into his own fansign event, as he bought 60 "Reveal" albums for his classmates! Surely he will attend!



SUNDAY:
#1- An adorable piece of news was announced just a few hours ago! D1CE fans got their fandom name, DON1Y, referring to the term "one and only"! Isn't this a cute name?

#2- Fans of 46 groups, are you excited? Sakamichi Kenshuusei trainees were finally assigned to their respective groups. What do you think of it?

#1- THE BOYZ - REVEAL
What should the concept of the first full album of a group be? Perfect time to try out new sounds, at least according to The Boyz. Last year, the release of "D.D.D" marked the end of the refreshing idol image they promoted. In "Reveal", they went fully sexy, mysterious and mature, showing their fans a whole other side of them. It also involved werewolf elements, but we won't reveal too much, we don't want to spoil you when you watch this video!





#2- CHERRY BULLET - HANDS UP
The group famous for their concept of participating in video games is now involved in the creation of their own video game! Cherry Bullet's latest comeback, "Hands Up", is centered on it. This change is visible in the sound too, as the group is less cute, now evolved into a real girl crush group! What did you think of this turn in Cherry Bullet's music?





#3- KARD - RED MOON
KARD's BM's producing talent strikes again! After "Dumb Litty", he proved it once more in the group's latest comeback, "Red Moon". 2019 marked the change in the group's concept — from chill bops to hard hitting, rap heavy, powerful sounds, and "Red Moon" kept that style too. An interesting addition to this song was its Latino vibes which matched the beat drop and dance breaks perfectly! Check out this song and see how KARD sounds like now!





#4- ROCKET PUNCH - BOUNCY
Do you feel like partying? Rocket Punch's latest release might just be perfect for it! "Bouncy" is a bright, colorful, mood-lifting and addictive song, just what we need to dance the night away! The girls presented their admirable vocal skills that matched the fast paced choreography of the song while maintaining their recognizable sweet notes and cute sound. So, what are you waiting for? Let's get on the dance floor!





#5- PENTAGON - DR. BEBE
We can always trust Pentagon to make us addicted to their songs! "Dr. BeBe" is a prime example of a song with a catchy chorus and an exciting music video that introduces darker concepts. More rapping parts than we are used to complimented this concept and even enhanced it. Interestingly, the vocal parts still shined and dominated the song, bringing us a powerful build-up to chorus that resulted in the addictive main part of the song. How was it all connected? #6- MOONBYUL - ECLIPSE
Mamamoo's main rapper transformed into a vocalist and an amazing dancer in her solo release, "Eclipse". In this song, Moonbyul showed us a route to success made up of a lot of blood, sweat and tears. Enduring them all, she managed to sit on her throne, and ultimately inspired us to not give up on our dreams no matter how hard it gets. Her outstanding rapping, vocals and dancing helped deliver the message and hooked us on this song. Get inspired and feel powerful by checking it out!





#7- SCANDAL - TONIGHT
The Scandal girls spent their night out browsing the streets of Japan, enjoying the view and music! Suitably, the song is named "Tonight" and made us want to travel to the country to experience its night life. The music video events happen during a hot summer, when the group's sweet vocals bring much needed refreshment. For everyone on the southern part of the Earth, endure this hot summer with this song, while the northern part can anticipate the heat it brings!

Our Events team introduced us to the Valentine's Arcade event this week! Here, you can find all the details on this cute event!

A few of the games were already held, and more will be played in the week upon us!

First, users had a chance to show their love to others by submitting secret Valentine's letters in Akidoki's game! Letters were revealed yesterday and they surpassed astonishing number of 200! Did you send yours?

Soozie kept our users busy this week with her Half a Heart GFX competition centered around designing lockets! Hurry up and send your masterpiece, deadline is soon!

If locket designing isn't your passion, the events team made sure that you can also earn tickets by designing a matching set with your soulmate in the event hosted by BlessMeAchoo!

BlessMeAchoo made sure users get even more love letters in her I Choo Choo Choose You game. The pair of Saint Renjun and Bot climbed their way to the first place, congratulations to them!
