#1- SEJEONG - PLANT
Gugudan's Kim Sejeong was the numero uno in all of our hearts this week with her latest solo release, "Plant", from her mini-album of the same name which was released on the 17th of March. After releasing a sporadic number of singles throughout the last two years, Jellyfish Entertainment has finally committed to letting the singer release a debut album. If you're in the mood for a softer song with sweet vocals, we're sure you'll love this release as much as we do!
#2- SILENT SIREN - 聞かせてWOW WOWを
Silent Siren is back with their latest energetic release "聞かせて WOW WOWを" written and composed by Kiryuuin Shou of Golden Bomber. The song was released in conjunction with the celebration of their 10th anniversary! Code Kunst is back with a soulful collaboration with Baek Yerin. "KnoCk" is a slower RnB song that is perfect for lonely spring nights. The producer cast Baek Yerin as her sweet voice adds some sweetness to the song. "KnoCk" proves that spring is the season for heartfelt collaborations. If you want a soft song to laze your weekends away to, this is the song for you!
#5- NOGIZAKA46 - I SEE...
Seems like Nogizaka46's 4th generation girls are throwing a huge party for their 25th single album, "Shiawase no Hogosyoku". Even if this album marks the graduation of Shirashi Mai, the girls seem to appreciate their time together as shown in the track, "I See...". In the music video, they play around, dance and sing with no worries on their minds. The song itself is a legacy of it with a bubbly and refreshing sound. If you could use some good vibes and positiveness, check out "I See..." down below!
#6- JACKSON WANG - 100 WAYS
Jackson Wang shows us that he is just as good at singing as he is at rapping and dancing in his latest release “100 Ways”, which is a funky EDM-Pop hybrid with a stunning hook that will leave you on the edge of your seat with how polished the production quality is. Even without the group, Jackson continues to amaze us. Did you love this release as much as we did?
#7- PURPLEBECK - VALENTI
Purplebeck is certainly a rookie group to pay attention to, and this statement was proved once more with their latest release, a special single dedicated to their fans, "VALENTi". The girls welcomed the first day of spring hanging out and enjoying their time together in a personalised, self-filmed music video. The song's lyrics portray their affection towards fans. It is all nicely packed in an accompanying cheerful pop sound. If you weren't their fan up until now, you will be one as soon as you check this song out!
#8- HONG EUNKI - BREATH
Hong Eungki wants you to keep breathing in his latest release "Breath", a sultry song about feeling breathless towards the object of his affections. Leading his first mini album, the singer entices the listener with his soft vocals and smooth dance lines. Although the instrumental carries a simple hip hop/trap beat, the strong aura of the song mixed with Eunki's sensuality, calls one to come back to it again and again!
#9- JASMINE SOKKO - FEVER
Jasmine Sokko wanted to try her hand at singing in Mandarin in her latest release, "Fever". The Singaporean songstress is back with a carefree song about how young love and youth is fleeting, and that you don't know what's good until it's gone. Let her soothing vocals bring you back to the best years of your life!
#10- ONE N' ONLY - SHUT UP BREAKER
One n' Only is back with their newest single "Shut Up Breaker". It has a hard-hitting beginning but it mellows out with the singer's vocals. It is a true hype song, perfect for concerts and parties.
