The two themes are as follows.
They only relate to the song, not the music video.
Theme 1 - Electropop

Post-grunge is a rock music subgenre that emerged in the 1990s. Its root is from alternative rock and grunge with influences from early-'80s jangle pop, punk-pop, ska revival, alternative metal, or classic rock.
