ANNOUNCEMENT Junior Moderator Recruitment & Promotions

Hello, H+!
Firstly, we're happy to announce that our last generation of Junior Moderators, @fleur de lune and @Drew have been promoted and are now fully fledged Moderators, let's congratulate them on that feature!

Now, we still see ourselves with a time zone gap that is not covered by our team, the Asia/Oceania time zones (around GMT +5 and up)
In order to take your requests more efficiently, we are looking for a Junior Moderator who can cover said time zone. We'll give preference to those who actually live in the area, but if you don't and happen to be active during that time, you're welcome to apply (though we do not encourage anyone to have unhealthy sleeping patterns!)

Your duties as a Moderator include but are not limited to:

• Moderating all parts of the forum.
• Assisting your fellow moderators, users and the community.
• Answering questions in the AAM and via PM.
• Taking care of reports and issuing warnings.
• Moving threads to the correct sections and keeping the forum clean.

What you should be able to bring to the team:

• Communication skills and being able to work in a team.
• Professionalism and objectivity, even in stressful situations.
• Maturity and good time management.
• Previous moderating experience is a plus but not necessarily required.
