There have recently been two posts regarding Lily M's departure from JYP on DC Inside and apparently she has plans on debuting as a soloist overseas. She joined JYP in 2015 through Kpop Star and had been rumored to be debuting as a soloist under the company, but with no signs of her debut being imminent, it would make sense that she left and pursued her career elsewhere. It would be a shame if this rumor turns out to be true because she's a good vocalist and really popular.
Here are the links to both posts. I don't know if the translation is accurate because I'm not the one who translated it, so please don't shoot the messenger!

Honestly, I'm taking it with a grain of salt given the fact similar rumors popped up about ITZY's Yuna last year, but I just wanted to clarify whether or not the translation was accurate Either way though I have a feeling she's going to leave eventually unless she joins the next Produce or waits it out like Jihyo and Chan.22 downvote LOL
Honestly, I’m more shocked that it’s been 4 years since she’s joined.. It doesn’t feel like it was that long ago

She is young but I see as new gen of trainees can't wait more of 3 years if they don't debut soon.
Before Jihyo waited 8 years, Jennie waited 6 years, but actually trainees can't wait a lot of time. But I understand them. Their youth is running meanwhile each day appear more younger trainees to compete with them and not always for being a long term trainee your debut is secure.

Well all the best to wherever she is heading next
She's still young. Going to college and live a normal life is not bad either
i just hope she'll be happy with whatever path she ends up taking...her voice is lovely
Jype isn’t the best with soloists so i can understand her
