#2 - If the Awards Team rejects the mock(s) suggested by the shop, the customer will get a full refund

#3 - The above rule does not apply if the Awards Team only requires edits

#4 - The shop requires full payment before a request can be processed

#6 - If a request has not been completed within 24 hours, the customer shall receive a full refund
