Welp, it sucks that HYBE can't fire her. But they can sure make her next 2yrs at the company a living hell. Replace all MHJ supporters on the BoD, fire all loyal Ador staff and hire a co-CEO. She might’ve saved her job but it's going to be harder for her to move about as easily as she did.

There is still the lawsuit of illit suing MHJ. I remember reading that there is a clause that groups under the hybe umbrella can’t slander each other or something, so if she is found guilty in that lawsuit she can be found guilty of violating her contract again and have another reason to get fired.

I’m surprised only illit is suing MHJ and not more groups so that hybe has a stronger case.

I also want to clarify that all they are saying is she can’t be fired over this particular situation. If she does something that violates her contract again (like let’s say slander other hybe groups) they can go after her in court again.

Terrifying thought cause he's petty and vengeful. I was a teeny tiny bit optimistic when I heard he was coming for SM cause I love Hybe's music. But now I'm holding up a crucifix and jars of already minced garlic. Keep all of that mess in HYBE.
