Of course it was rigged. There was some contestants that were more talented by some, if not all Momoland members (like Shin Sia...) and that didn't debuted. It had to be rigged to an extent

I don't think the main issue is about the rigging, because everyone should know by now that the survival shows are rigged, but pushing the show production cost onto the winning/debuting members? Is that legal?

That's why there are so many crappy & unethical agencies that exist in kpop, taking advantage of teenagers' dream because the risks are being borne by the trainees/idols themselves while the agency owners just reap the rewards. This type of agencies should be banned and shut down.
