My latest guilty pleasure - Chinese drama shorts

Today I wanted to talk about my latest guilty pleasure... those 1-2 hr long chinese drama shorts.

You usually get them as 30 minute commercials on Tiktok, or you see clips of them on tiktok and you're forced to go to some other website to watch the rest. (They usually recommend some random app to watch them though if you google the title you can find them on either youtube or dailymotion with subtitiles.)

The subtitles are not always accurate, and tbh the plots can by corny and repetitive, but I like watching them.

They also usually have really really long titles as well like "I died in my past life so in this life I swapped places with my twin sister and married a beggar who secretly was a billionaire CEO".

The plots usually involve someone having a secret child, getting revenge, divorcing a no-good husband, and everyone is a billionaire ceo.

You're a billionaire CEO. She's a billionaire CEO. He's a billionaire CEO. We're all billionaire ceos.

I'm not sure if anyone else watches there but we have a Chinese section on here so I thought i'd mention this
