It won't be so easy. They are still under contract. They would need to take legal action to argue that there was a breach of contract on YGE's part, which they can do collectively. But it will be ugly, messy and prolonged.

It’s so easy to say that these artists should leave but they have contractual obligations they have to fulfill.
Moreover, even if they leave for another company, the chance that they’ll get to keep their name or maybe even their existing discography is unlikely. It’s a sad situation overall but I doubt YGE will tank. It’s such a big company with numerous connections for it to be easily toppled. Power, money and connections can make almost any issue disappear.

While it'd be nice, it's highly unrealistic with their contracts. Best they can do is wait it out and not renew if they don't want a long and tedious legal battle ahead of them.

As nice as it sounds, the chances of them actually leaving are slim to none. The contracts and legal battles would take way too long and they'd be better off waiting it out.
