)"! And this time we are back but with a TOP 10 song recommendations.
#1: EXO - POWER
EXO is the first on this list and is anyone surprised? With the concept of exo-planets, EXO always incorporates space into their MVs - some in a more subtle way while others not as much. Many songs could have been picked but what better way to start than Power? A parody of popular tropes, this MV is set in outer-space where our main heroes (cough power rangers cough) fight a Star Wars inspired robot villain. Doesn't get more space-y than this right?
#2: LADIES CODE - GALAXY
Next comes "Galaxy" from Ladies Code; the title track for the first part of their 'healing' trilogy. This pick is all about its lyrics, as they are linked to space and receiving signs from there; the girls want to join a mysterious person to visit the "galaxy". While the music video is more centred around the "3" concept (triangles, objects; everything comes in trios), the song is all about chasing darkness away and finding the light coming from the universe.
#3: BTS - HEARTBEAT
Released to celebrate the launch of their new game "BTS World", Heartbeat's MV is a visual treat for sure. Consisting of a lot of CGI, this MV is a feast to the eyes with its grandiose space effects where the viewer really feels like they are also taking a trip to far away galaxies alongside the members. Take a journey through their universe and its amazing visuals in this fan dedicated song!
#4: HEIZE - STAR
Giving off strong "The Little Prince" vibes, Heize's song has a dreamlike aspect to its music video. Sticking very closely to the space theme, every prop and styling choice are in complete harmony and gives the viewers the feeling of smallness in comparison to the immensity of space. A big deviation from her rapper-self, Heize shines indeed like a star in this beautiful ballad.
#5: G.E.M - LIGHT YEARS AWAY
Belonging to the Chinese soundtrack of the film "Passengers", there is no song more fitting of a place in this space themed list than G.E.M's "Light Years Away". Set in a spaceship, the film is dominated by space scenes where both protagonists are woken up too early from an induced sleep when travelling to a distant colony planet. Check it out if you haven't! In the meantime though give this MV a view OK?
#6: WJSN - SECRET
Just like EXO, it comes as no surprise that Cosmic Girls are present in this list! Sticking to their cosmic concept, their MVs are usually set in a fantastical world with a beautiful universe setting and "Secret" is no different. Exploring the concept of space and time, it is filled with gorgeous colour palettes that fit perfectly with their sound. Go and watch it if you haven't, we promise you won't regret it!
#7: MONOGRAM - SPACE TRAVEL
Although not as well known as other kpop duos, monogram has earned a very well deserved spot on this list. Although a bit less heavy on the super special effects than others on this list have, its lyrics are a nice metaphor of how love is like space travelling and features beautiful harmonies that will bless your day (and your ears).
#8: MOMOIRO CLOVER Z - Mōretsu Uchū Kōkyōkyoku Dai 7 Gakushō "Mugen no Ai"
In complete contrast to the previous recommendation, this rock inspired song and MV are filled to the brim with as many special effects and colourful settings as your heart desires! Join these space pirates in their intergalactic bicycle race and see who gets the trophy! No I'm not kidding, that actually happens. How about you watch it for yourself, huh?
#9: SUNMI - FULL MOON
As it is also Moon day, we could not help but make a little bonus round and include some songs to celebrate this occasion! A part of Sunmi's solo debut projects; Full Moon is a fantasy inspired MV with gorgeous sets and a very compelling plot. Join vampire Sunmi on her pursuit of her prey in this fantasy MV (featuring a very beautiful red couch).

#10: 109 - MOON
To top off this week's Plusday, I present to you a little known artist: 109. He makes this list with his beautiful song completely dedicated to today's main character herself, the moon. There are no fancy sets or even fancy instrumentals here. All that matters are the lyrics and as such we encourage you to turn CC on! You can thank us later.
