I think it would look bad for a celebrity to be doing vlive while in quarantine (possibly implying they aren't taking it seriously). Plus I think the hotel quarantine is being paid for by the Korean government. I don't think they want people streaming worldwide from there so people can identify it. I feel lucky enough she's sending us pictures of her food.

But it's just quarantine as precaution, as long as she's not running all over the hotel, i don't see the problem...

Do you think no one will try and go to the hotel if they know where she's staying? Or is Dreamcatcher too nugu?

I also read some more and it seems like the Korean government designates the facility she would be staying at, but Handong (or in this case, DCC) will have to pay for the stay. DCC probably doesn't want to violate any rules.

Just a few more days and Handong should be back!
