Let's see how the management will change, or not. To be fair they were always close to Pledis, living and training in their building, having the same staffs, etc.

But I understand, knowing Pledis's history with their GGs and recently Hybe who ended GFriend's contract.

Yeah it's hard to tell how much will change considering they've seemingly been involved with producing stuff for the girls since the start. Also it's not like the girls had frequent comebacks so if Pledis does their shitty job like usual nothing will have changed sadly. It'd be preferable if they were managed by a company with a better track record of girl groups, but what can you do. I just hope we can get another comeback this year. K-pop is rough for girl groups.
