So last year I was eating insanely healthy ate half of a whole family pack of veggies a day. That year I couldn't stop farting. Like. REALLY BAD FARTS! Like burn the hair out your nose kind.
Anyways I've ditched fit life for a few months and came back to it about a week ago. AND THE FARTS ARE BACK NOW TOO! Any advice? I counted my farts yesterday (please don't judge) and I farted 25 times

if they are mainly cabbage, brussel sprout, broccoli type vegetables try reducing their quantity for something else.
also make sure they are cooked and chew thoroughly before swallowing
