Those are two different things. There are different kinds of things that could be called rashes (e.g. contact dermatitis, allergic reaction, psoriasis, rosacea), and different kinds of acne (e.g. fungal, hormonal, comedonal, cystic, etc.). Going to a dermatologist is a good idea, so is educating yourself on /r/skincareaddiction. A gentle cleanser and moisturizer without any scents or harsh ingredients is always a good place to start

For a rash I'd recommend some kind of strong cream that you'd probably need prescribed. For acne, I bet Bio Oil would work wonders but that shit is kinda expensive :weep:
