In the future, TREASURE's plan is to create opportunities to approach fans in more diverse ways, from the team's vigorous activities to the members' units and solo activities .
The second news will be to withdraw YG's preliminary plan to exclude members from writing songs, and encourage and support TREASURE members to actively participate in writing songs. The main reason for the change in the pre-planning is that the results of many of the songs voluntarily worked by members during the months of TREASURE's debut have been highly appreciated by themselves. As I discovered new talents of TREASURE members, I decided that TREASURE would be a good opportunity to shine more light in the future .
The last unfortunate news is that member Yoon-Bin Ha has withdrawn from TREASURE on December 31, 2019. Yoon-bin, after a long time of deliberation, he told us that his musical direction is more like a solo than a team activity. We met several times and had serious conversations, but we agreed to respect Ha Yoon-bin's strong will and opinions. We will sincerely support the bright future of Ha Yoon-bin, who has been working hard with YG and TREASURE members for the past year and three months .
TREASURE, which has been reorganized into 12 member team will launch new contents through various channels from January 2020. YG ENTERTAINMENT will make every effort to support TREASURE's successful debut and hearty musical activities .

YG Entertainment began the debut project of 12-member rookie group TREASURE in full-scale.
On January 8 at 12PM, YG revealed images of CHOI HUUN SUK, JIHOON, YOSHI, and JUNKYU with the title, ‘TREASURE EDITORIAL vol.1’. The 4 members presented through photos showed off their superb visuals through unique fashion styles and styling, using a hideout place as the background which gave the viewers the healthy energy and freedom of teenage boys.
CHOI HYUN SUK is the eldest member with shining leadership and is known as a mood maker who leads his teammates. He not only has capabilities as a choreographer, but also has aura that allows him to dominate the stage with his fluent rap skills.
JIHOON is a talented individual who can perform powerful high notes and has great dance skills. He has grown to become a multiplayer who does his best in any occasion. He is spotlighted as a well-rounded character who will also reveal his joyous side and senses through variety programs.
YOSHI has the feeling of being the ‘standard of handsome’ with his fancy looks and unrivaled physique. He will grab the female fans’ hearts with his charismatic rap on stage in addition to his cute and ‘sweet’ charms during his daily lives.
JUNKYU, who will add abundancy to TREASURE’s vocal lines with his unique tone, has both innocence and clumsiness. His future as an artist is highly anticipated with his unique vocals and potential in music producing.
