Some of this stuff is actually old information because I saw this video circulating awhile ago, ignored it because I thought it was just some random ass man ranting on the internet, and then just recently found out this was a dispatch reporter who was reporting on news in video form instead of news article format. I'm not use to video dispatch reports and not written ones

NJ's Parent Situation
*This section is mostly rumors. I wanted to share it because people are talking about it online a lot, but take everything with a grain of salt!*
This is the old video that I previously mentioned. This is a dispatch reporter who was apparently reporting on part of the NJ Parents situation, the full NJ parent situation I believe will be released on a later date? (I'm personally waiting on that).
Just a little bit of info on the parent from that video and other online stuff I would like to shout out really quick:
- A parent of one of the NJ's members went to Ador to talk things out. The NJ's members claim that Ador met with the parents without their knowledge/consent.
- While NJ's are claiming Ador tried to play dirty by meeting with the parent behind their back, it seems based on dispatch the parent was the one who reached out to Ador to talk, not the other way around.
- I also would like to shout out that since some of the members are minors (and they were all minors when signing the contract with Ador), the parents, as their legal guardians, would be allowed to talk to Ador.
- I think they father may be worried about paying the legal fees or something? (I'm not sure but this is what people are saying? Once again, i'm waiting on the next article for more information). I am also seeing people say the parent went to Ador because they are starting to get fed up about NJ's behavior and the trouble they are causing.
- It is speculated that the father who met with Ador is Hyein's father. In a previous NJ's news update it was revealed that it was Hyein's uncle who went with MHJ to the Dabo Link investors and he supposedly leaked text messages to dispatch after finding out MHJ has betrayed him. They are speculating Hyein's uncle probably went to try to make amends with Ador after realizing MHJ screwed them all over.
- The second guess for the father is Haerin's father because he also was rumored to have leaked text messages after being betrayed by MHJ. Also, Haerin's the youngest and as a minor her parents can speak to Ador on her behalf.
- This was a previous error I made on my part, I thought the NJ's members officially signed new lawyers as their legal representation. This is not correct. NJ has officially made the same law firm MHJ uses as their law firm. (People are wondering if this is to save on legal fees?)

I also want to shout out again that video I am linking is just the dude rambling about a bunch of stuff so i'm talking everything with a grain of salt? But despite him (imo) not being the most concrete credible source RN people are still heavily talking about it online so I wanted to at least share it but disclaim to take the info with caution.
Hanni in Korea?
Hanni is rumored to be back in Korea.
There is photo is circulating around of her and a fan she agreed to take a picture with (for privacy reasons I would not like to share it here, but you can find it easily on twitter). I don't know the source of it, so for all we know this could be an old photo someone just posted now? Take this with a grain of salt, but with this photo circulating people are saying Hanni is back in Korea and are concerned about what type of visa she is in the country on.
Just as a PSA though: I don't think her visa sponsored by Ador expires until February or the end of February? So despite people saying she is in the country illegally online she very very very much is not. She would not be considered in the country illegally until that visa expires, and even then we don't know her specific visa situation.
Last update I saw from her she was exploring the Australian nature parks with her family, so I would be kind of confused if she was back?
Calvin Klein
A new Calvin Klein ad was released with the 5 New Jeans members credited by their names and not as New Jeans.
Previously it was rumored that Calvin Klein has not renewed their contract with NJ after some content with them, Ador, and NJ was canceled.
Today a new Calvin Klein ad dropped but with the girls credited as their names and not as NJ, so it is speculated that Calvin Klein has renewed the contract but just without Ador.
Ador has recently filed an injunction for NJ to not be able to do stuff like this until the trial is over, so lets see if yet another lawsuit starts.

Is it me or is it taking forever for this trial to start? I'm not sure how courts work, but I feel like we would have a lot less drama if their court case with Ador just started already so we can get things over with?

This is the second time the company has tried to cage a single member(first hanni and visa). They really must doubt their chances in court as they keep attempting to apply the 50/50 solution and snag a single member. Likely to build a new version of the group around. If they were confident they would wait for court to get all five members.
2 Korea;
If and a very unverified if hanni is in Korea her passport would be scanned at entry. If illegal entry occurred she would be deported immediately or if she had already broken the law would be immediately detained and arrested. So we agree. If she is possibly there it would be legal if she were not stopped.

Calling fake. No legitimate source and very glaring typos in the name section. No space between hanni, the comma and danielle and an unnecessary comma after haerin. No international company would release something uncopyedited like this. Just sloppy fakery.

I can’t find a source for the images, people are saying it’s from Weibo? Tokki’s on Twitter are getting defensive and won’t say the source. The images are new images of them though so the situation is confusing?
