This was originally going to be a Kpop News Roundup, but the NJ news section became too long so now this is just a NJ's update and I will post a kpop news separately.

Hanni Leaves For Australia
New Jean's Hanni has left for Australia.
(How people found out about her flight info I have no idea.)
She is most likely leaving to visit family, as far as I am aware she hasn't visited her family in Australia since she debuted (so like, 3 years?) though it is heavily assumed her reason for leaving is also visa issues. and she's killing two birds with one stone with her trip.
There are a lot of issues going on with Hanni's entertainment visa which I believe is set to expire I think any day/month now according to reports?
Ador did say they were preparing all of the paperwork to renew her visa. The issue is though, NJ is claiming they are no longer under Ador which would mean Hanni would either need to find another company to sponsor her visa (which would cause TONS of legal issues if the courts find NJ to still be under Ador), or leave the country. Additionally, if Ador does renew Hanni's visa for her then in the court battles this can be used as leverage that Hanni/NJ is still under Ador.
While settling all of these visa issues might be a headache, we hope Hanni can at least spend some quality time with her family while in Australia.
MHJ Investors Speak Out
This is kind of long so I will break this up into sections.
Backstory
One of the investors who MHJ was consulting with for her coup of Ador last September has spoken out to the media.
Park Jung-kyu, who is the chairman of Dabo Link, met with MHJ last year where she asked for a 5 billion won investment to establish a new company.
To my understanding, the 5 billion won investment would be given to the uncle of the NJ member (most likely to prevent MHJ from being in legal trouble for planning the coup).
The chairman decided to speak out to the media about this after being called a liar in the media and having his company suffer stock damages after MHJ denied ever meeting with him for investments for her coup.
The chairman confirmed that in August of last year MHJ and of the the NJ's member's uncle's met with him to ask for the 5 billion won. He said he originally refused, but then offered for MHJ to start to take over the Dabo Link company instead as an alternative (for some reason like they both would benefit from it?)
He then said on September 30th he met with MHJ and the uncle again he confirmed the photos of MHJ and the uncle previously released to the media were from that day. The meeting on this day was to discuss how to transition MHJ to taking over Dabo Link. If I am understanding correctly, his plan was to pretty much sell the company to MHJ and she would transition it to whatever entertainment company she wanted it to be.
He also confirmed that the plans were for MHJ to take NJ out of Ador and take them with her. The plan was for MHJ to leave Ador to force the value of the company to drop and while the value was dropping to steal NJ away.
Where things went wrong
The chairman then went to explain where things started to go south.
The chairman complained that during the 3 hour meeting on the 30th, 70% of the time MHJ only talked about herself and trash-talking Hybe's leader Bang Sihyuk.
Here is a quote from him:
When she used vulgar language to insult Chairman Bang in front of someone she just met, I thought 'this person isn't right.' Isn't that lacking basic courtesy? I explained what I had planned but had a feeling it wouldn't work out.
He then went on to say that they couldn't come to an agreement on investment methods and issues arose when after their meeting MHJ started to deny she ever met with him.
For this next part I am just going to include a translation of the news article since I think it can explain things better than I can. This part explains why MHJ probably lied about meeting with the chairman:
For this next part I am just going to include a translation of the news article since I think it can explain things better than I can. This part explains why MHJ probably lied about meeting with the chairman:
Analysis suggests this is deeply related to legal liability. Min has been particularly sensitive to "investor contact allegations." Meeting external investors while serving as an internal director at ADOR could constitute one element of breach of trust. Breach of trust requires actual execution, not just planning. This is also why Min has previously characterized her "Leave HYBE" plans merely as "employee complaints." Min's actions of meeting Park to discuss investments and asking about ways to extract NewJeans could constitute elements of breach of trust. The revealed discussion about planning to take NewJeans members also supports tampering allegations.
Since all of this took place while MHJ was under Hybe, there is heavily speculation that with this testimony another lawsuit between Hybe and MHJ could start again since this is direct evidence of tampering/breach of trust.
People are also wondering if NJ/their families could now be caught up in this legal battle now because of that uncle of the NJ member going to the investor meetings to plan the coup with MHJ.

*EDIT*
I forgot about this, I’m just going to link a tweet
Visa issues are a headache and everyone deals with them, but I hope at the very least Hanni can spend some time with her friends and family during all of this because I don't think she's seen them in like at least 3 years?
In regards to MHJ, since Hybe/Ador filed their lawsuit against MHJ in April and this happened in September, a new lawsuit would have to begin (though the article sort of implied the lawsuit was still ongoing?)
I am wondering if she could get accused of lying in court since MHJ's lawyers did release a formal statement saying she never met with the chairman and now the chairman is speaking out that she did now that his company is tanking.

If her visa is expired...and she tries to get back in, will she be denied entry? If she's denied entry would she be banned from entry to the country in the future? Would be wild.

Her visa is probably expiring like any day/week now. I think she has a leeway of 3 months or something though? If her visa is expired...and she tries to get back in, will she be denied entry? If she's denied entry would she be banned from entry to the country in the future? Would be wild.
She probably can enter on another visa, but there would be an issue of can she legally do entertainment work on that visa. Her doing NJ work on the wrong visa would get her in trouble/banned from the country.
There also seems to be the problem that Ador is still filling out all the paperwork to sponsor her visa, and if Ador is sponsoring her visa but Hanni is saying she doesn’t work for them that might be considered fraud?

I just realized, if some scenario happens and Hanni does gets deported/banned from the country how is she supposed to attend the contract court trials with Ador?Yes.
Would the rest of the girls just do the trial without her?

Lawsuit, trials, things in court will take time regardless
And K-pop is a very fast industry, time isn't their best ally
Having NJ's family members being involved, if true it won't surprise me sadly and most of the time it does not go well
As for Hanni, she'll get to return home and see her family at least. Maybe being far away from this mess will gave her some fresh air. But her being banned from the country ? That would be crazy

She won't be able to. But a trial can proceed even if some plaintiffs or defendants are not present.
Would the rest of the girls just do the trial without her?
Yes.

At the present it appears that Hanni hasn't committed any breeches of the law so she could return on a tourist visa but not for work at the present. Even a civil court can compel someone involved in litigation to testify. On the highly remote chance she would be barred reentry she could be made to give a video deposition with agreed upon in advance questions. Has happened before in cases.

The court trial today shed some more light on Hanni’s visa issues so I thought I would share an update here:
(I’m also tagging the anyone who previously commented since y’all might be interested @hatmixx @dnb @BianTwo @choively @UMJI MOODS )
- As of right now Ador has no knowledge of Hanni’s whereabouts (cause she left for Australia) or what she is doing about her visa.
- Ador is still willing to sponsor Hanni’s visa because there are still NJ schedules that need to be carried out. NJ is claiming they have fulfilled all schedules from Ador and are “free”, but Ador is saying they only fulfilled schedules with a pre-set date. There are still schedules with the date still TBD that they need to do.
- As long as Hanni has these schedules with Ador her visa is still valid and she’s in the country with her visa legally. As soon as these schedules run out Hanni’s visa is immediately null and void. (With NJ claiming they are done with Ador schedules and are “free” a few days ago, this can explain why she suddenly left for Australia).
I also thought I’d share that “Team Tokki’s” who have been sueing Hybe/Ador on NJ’s behalf have been revealed to be a group of NJ’s fans who are grown men who are 40+ years old.
I am high-key wondering if that one Tokki twitter account that is sort of problematic is one of them because to my knowledge I think they are part of it? And it adds up
*NEW ADDITION*
- The Seoul Immigration Office just said that they will not investigate any reports about her staying illegally until the trial with Ador about whether or not they are still employed is over, so it seems Hanni is in limbo and can stay for the time being.

OPPA!!!!It's crazy to think how this plan could've worked if it wasn't for MHJ's mouth.

This seriously comes across as a desperate delaying tactic from ador. Unscheduled schedules could literally be for the remainder of the contract that may or may not be "nullified".NJ is claiming they have fulfilled all schedules from Ador and are “free”, but Ador is saying they only fulfilled schedules with a pre-set date. There are still schedules with the date still TBD that they need to do.
