Yulhee brings Minhwan to court

As y'all remember from previous updates, Yulhee exposed Minhwan for his illegal activities and mistreatment of her. He is currently under police investigation and could go to prison if found guilty, and he was supposedly putting his activities on an indefinite hiatus and leaving FT island but he was seen participating in an FT Island concert but censored by a curtain so that might not be true?

A news article came out today and Yulhee is now filing for custody of her children, alimony from the divorce, and division of assets (previously Minhwan left her with 0 to her name in the divorce, he got the kids and everything).

Apparently she found the courage to do so after all the positive support she got after exposing Minhwan and his misdeeds.

SMNGG Postponed

To probably no one's surprise, SM's New Girl Group which was supposed to debut this year is now being postponed till next year.

The new expected debt date is somewhere in the first half of 2025 and the article stated that the group will release a single with full promotions.

More SM Comebacks for 2025

The same article also announced the comebacks SM is planning for 2025. They include:

- A full joint concert and album by all SM artists for their 30th aniversay in January
- NCT Mark full solo album
- EXO Kai mini album (after he returns from military)
- Seulgi solo comeback with a mini album
- NCT wish comeback with a mini album
- NCT/WayV Ten solo comeback with a mini album

Dahyun Kdrama Debut

Twice's Dahyun recently made her acting debut with a movie and it was announced today she will be making her Kdrama debut as well!

She will be staring in the drama "Love Me" based on the Swedish drama of the same name.

She will be playing the character "Yoon Sol" who is the leader of a dance crew. Her character is described as "a popular character who is always surrounded by people, and is a person who is reliable and smart in both love and work. "

The drama is described as:​

'Love Me' is based on a Swedish drama of the same name. It contains the story of a woman who has everything, including wealth, fame, and looks, but has nothing else. Starting with the main character's conflict, it will deal with the conflicts of ordinary people and families who feel loneliness and love.​

Filming will begin early next year.

Lovelyz Reunion Comeback

In some exciting news, Lovelyz announced they will be having a reunion comeback for their 10th anniversary!

I could be translating it wrong, but I believe the song is called either "When I Touch You" or "When it reaches you" (I got 2 translations via a translator) and will be out November 12th:



It's so nice seeing so many anniversary comebacks lately!!

Momoland Mini Reunuion

We have a mini Momoland reunion the other day!

The girls came together to film Rose's APT challenge together.

Since they were in coordinating outfits and in what looks like to be some type of photo or filming location, i'm suspicious to know what they are up to.
I don't think MLD Ent actually exists anymore, but I wonder if they are actually planning some type of reunion thing?

Rose Opens Up About Dating

In a recent interview with J14 Rose opened up about her dating life with her new album.

Here is a blurb:​

“I think I’m grateful enough to have gone through a few relationships, you know, like a normal girl in her 20s,” she explained. “I do want people to understand that I’m not much different from your average girlfriend, or 23-year-old girl. I’m probably very relatable if you listen to my songs, and if anyone’s been in that kind of a relationship. It doesn’t even have to be about a boyfriend, just any type of toxic relationship.”

She added, “[Your] 20s is not an easy time to live through. It’s when you’re very vulnerable and confused, excited and angry about life. That’s what I wanted to sing about.”

Throughout her album, which she says is about the “terrible 20s,” she reportedly also takes aim at “manipulators and emotional traitors.”​

She also says she wants to be open and vulnerable with her debut album so people don't misinterpret who she is as a person.

Kpop idols don't normally open up about their dating life, so this was a hot dating topic on the internet.

I am really excited for Rose's debut album. Out of all the members you can tell she has been putting a ton of her time and effort into it to really make it "her" instead of worrying about making the next mainstream hit, so i'm really highly anticipating her music.

MiSaMo Changes Choreography

In a previous kpop news roundup I reported on that people were sending protest trucks to JYP to demand MiSaMo to change their "inapropriate" choreography.

IVE Solo Work

Something I have been finding interesting is that the IVE members have been hinting at solo work/songs coming soon!

I don't really have specific links, but in recent fansigns, concerts, performances, etc the girls have been talking a lot about what they would like to do for their solo work/songs, seemingly dropping hints to fans.

I found this image that has blurbs of what each member wants to do:

The members have said their next comeback will not be happening just yet, and the current fan prediction is that the comeback might take longer because the next IVE album will include solo songs for each member.

I'm personally really excited for this and am excited to see what each girl will bring! (Especially Wonyoung! Her solo debut will definitely make headlines).

I had one more note in my news list that just said "tikok video drop" but i think it was autocorrected and I have no memory of what it is
So if I ever figure out what it means i'll just include it in the next update (which hopefully won't be for another few days because this was a lot of news that dropped today and it's not even noon yet).

I think I would want teleportation so that I could sleep in for however long I want, never need a car ever again, and teleport myself out of danger if i'm ever in a bad situation.
