I had some time to kill as I was waiting on stuff at school so here's today's NJ update:
New Jeans Contract Issues
To give a recap from our previous news:
A NJ manager is currently getting a lawsuit from Ador because they were caught trying to schedule NJ private promotions. They were also caught doing so on Ador company time and using their resources. In response, the NJ manager is claiming workplace bullying and is trying to file a lawsuit in return.
A news article came out today about the recent announcement of Danielle’s newest brand ambassadorship for OMEGA. This news article is an "investigation" by TenAsia looking into this particular situation.
It seems this brand ambassadorship was one of the things the manager was trying to schedule privately for Danielle. The NJ manager (Manager A) was working with a former NJ manager who quit last year (Manager B) to schedule and negotiate this contract for Danielle outside of Ador.
New Jeans themselves expressed to Manager A that they wanted to arrange and sign this contract outside of Ador and had Manager A work with Manager B to set this up.
TenAsia is criticizing New Jeans because they promised during their press conference last month that they would try to minimize harm and issues to advertisers who previously signed contracts with them, but then turned around and did the opposite with this contract. They are saying this contract is causing issues because they arranged it to exclude Ador while using Ador’s time, money, and resources to set up the deal.
TenAsia warned this situation would harm them (NJ) in their upcoming lawsuit with Ador and if the legal system sees them as still being under contract with Ador ,this would be a major violation of their contract they can get in trouble for.
TenAsia also reported that the advertising industry has been frustrated and bewildered by New Jeans’s opening of their new SNS account and rush to sign new advertising contracts before their current lawsuits have even began, let alone ended. Their actions are very high-risk.
They reported that several global luxury brands have been on high alert and are beginning legal reviews regarding this situation.
TenAsia also said that NJ claiming they are no longer part of Ador but using staff paid for by Ador and Ador resources to secure new contracts is a double-standard.

Ador Statement
We also got a new statement from Ador today regarding NJ opening new SNS accounts:
New Jeans has a dedicated platform and official SNS accounts such as Instagram and X (Twitter) to communicate with fans, and we hope that New Jeans members will continue to communicate with fans through these official channels as before.
Aside from the official SNS accounts of New Jeans opened by Ador, all accounts (the new ones) were opened without prior consultation under the exclusive contract, and there are actually inquiries and complaints from third parties such as advertisers regarding the accounts and posting of content. We have conveyed our concerns to the artists and their legal representatives because separate entertainment activities through the accounts may cause legal issues.
Before I end I am also STILL confused on what to call this series (Or should I more say, what to use as the new hashtag for this series)
In Korean media, they seem to tag/group everything as “#Hybe VS MHJ” and NJ is sort of lumped under MHJ (especially since she dragged them into this/seems to be influencing their every move).
My other idea is to have the new tag just be "#NJDrama" or "#NJ Lawsuits" since in the end, they are both fighting over NJ.
Please let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Too many thoughts to comment even halp! Please let me know your thoughts in the comments.
But on slightly more serious note, things are getting more and more complicated now. Everything really is scattered and absolute mess.
One only want to see NJ able to promote in healthy way without all of the drama.

I honestly feel like almost no one wants to see NJ thrive right now? These girls desperately need new legal representatives that isn't MHJ.
I understand the girls want to jump into doing new things ASAP, but this isn't the right way to do it. Even if they are able to break free of Ador, having Ador company employees schedule outside work for you is not legal and is putting the employees in danger. Even the other companies who work with NJ even seem to be hesitant right now and want to take a second to look into legal matters before proceeding.
I feel like everyone needs to take a breather for a second, assess the situation, and then proceed with things after talking to legal teams before this mess gets any worse.
