This has been plaguing my feed everywhere

Baekhyun has been very happy this holiday season and to celebrate he has been dancing on lives!

By dancing, specifically we mean shaking his ass.

There's one quote by a netizen about this which has been trending online specifically which is "I saw Baekhyun's butt the most in my life today".

Taemin and Niki

We have some very special collaboration news today!

It has been announced that Taemin of Shinee and Niki of Enhypen will be having a collaboration stage at MBC Music Festival!

This stage is very special because back in 2017, Niki was a backup dancer for Shinee during their Tokyo Dome performance back in 2017 when he was 12.

He is a very big fan of Key and Key was seen hugging and comforting a crying Niki during the concert!

Niki is a very huge shinee fan and they have always been a huge inspiration to him, so for Niki to have debuted as an idol and have collaboration stage with a member of Shinee 7 years later is a huge accomplishment!

Congrats on achieving your dreams Niki!

Dive Studios Under Fire

BTOB's Peniel has been under fire online for his recent episode of his podcast with Dive Studios.

I'll but the clip under cut incase anyone gets triggered, but in the clip Peniel called Autistic people "Slow" and made fun of when Autistic people are stimming.

While Peniel is the one mostly getting the heat right now, fans are arguing everyone in the podcast (Yechan, Ashley, and BM) should all be held accountable since they all laughed at Peniel's offensive joke.

As of right now no one at Dive has issued a statement about the controversy.

TBZ Volunteering

For Christmas, it was reported that The Boyz members Jacob, Kevin, and Hyunjae were seen volunteering at a senior welfare center helping pass out meals to elderly people in need.

They volunteered with new labelmate Lee Seung Gi who is under BPM.

The seniors were really happy to see them volunteer. Many people were especially happy to see Lee Seung Gi because he recently starred in a popular movie.

When interviewed, Kevin gave this statement:

"Seeing the happy smiles of the elderly makes my heart warm. Take care of your health, have a happy new year, and spend the end of the year warmly."

While many should be happy at the members spending the holiday season volunteering, many Korean deobi have been voicing their anger online at their actions. The Korean fans feel that The Boyz should have been participating in year-end activities and "taken a vacation" in January or February.

In our previous news roundup, it has been explained by Younghoon that participating in year-end activities has not been possible for them due to them transferring companies.

NJ MHJ Shirt

There has been a lot of debate online lately over a recent t-shirt worn by NJ's Minji

Minji was seen recently wearing a MHJ Shirt



While there's a small percent of people who think Hanni wearing this shirt to support MHJ was sweet, the overall consensus of people on the internet are pretty disturbed by Hanni's shirt. People are disturbed by how reliant NJ are on MHJ and by Hanni wearing this shirt it shows how much control she has of them. People think Kpop idols wearing shirts with their CEO's on it is not normal.

In my personal opinion: If you've seen any of NJ's stories on their new instagram I feel like this shirt is pretty on point with Hanni's humor, though I am slightly getting the ick with everyone else.

I am hearing some rumors online that the shirt was gifted to NJ by a fan with a small business, though I have not seen any confirmation on this.

Boys Planet Trainee Marriage

I'll end this roundup with this funny news!

Photos of a contestant from the survival show Boys Planet, Cai Jinxin, in a wedding photoshoot spread online and many people were lead to believe he had just gotten married. He was getting lots of wedding congratulations online!

Cai Jinxin apparently saw the wedding news online and went onto instagram to clarify that he did not get married, he was just in an advertisement photoshoot.

I know Eric nam has done other problematic things, but I know Dive Studios gets a lot of English speaking Kpop idols on the show like WayV, TBZ, Mark from NCT, etc, and that drives a lot of views.
