I don't know about 2nd best but she's definitely underrated. I think some people downplay her dancing because they don't wanna take away from the other girls.

Like "She's already easily the best singer and almost everyone agrees she's the best rapper. Let the other members have dancing."

I feel like some people have this mentality. I also think this is partially why people downplay her visuals as well.
