Howdy Howdy
In this next part I will cover the situation with NJZ, Le Sserafim (LSF), and the situation with Louis Vuitton.
Here is the color guide once again:
Orange: Argument from Ador/Hybe/Source
Dark Orange: Argument from fans from a hybe group
(I wanted to use yellow for Hybe but the text would not be readable)
Blue: Argument from NJZ
Dark Blue: Argument from NJZ fans
Green: Knetz comments
Grey: A grey area in something.
Purple: My own thoughts/comments.

NJZ Argument
One of the reasons NJZ is saying they have reason to leave Ador is for them taking opportunities away from them, and one of these opportunities they are arguing is for the Louis Vuitton contract.
NJZ's representative said Hyein was originally chosen to be a brand ambassador for LV but then LSF was suddenly chosen to be brand ambassadors for them as well.
Their representatives then said they contacted LV to ask why LSF was suddenly brand ambassadors as well and LV said HYBE contacted them for LSF to be ambassadors. They thought Hyein knew about this and that Hybe talked about this with her first and apologized for the confusion.
NJZ is claiming Hybe saw that Hyein was getting a BA with LV and while negotiating her BA with LV they asked LV to consider LSF as BA's instead.
NJZ are using this as an example of discrimination against them from Ador/Hybe along with the fact that NJZ were supposed to debut first and get the title of "Hybe's first girl group" but LSF ended up debuting first.

Response
Many fearnots took offense by NJZ name-dropping LSF into the trial.
Fearnots also brought up the fact that Sakura has been a Louis Vuitton brand ambassador since before she even debuted in LSF (She first started formally promoting the brand as an ambassador in April 2022), and was promoted to brand ambassador before Hyein even received an offer (Hyein formally became a brand ambassador in December 2022).
Source Music then released this response to NJZ mentioning LSF in court:
Here is a translation by a Fan On Twitter:
Source is pretty much claiming that LSF's LV brand ambassadorship was made through Sakura's brand ambassadorship of the brand, not through Hyein's brand ambassadorship like NJZ is claiming. They are also now claiming legal action if needed.
This somehow has angered fearnots though who feel like Source is now using Sakura as their shield/scapegoat?
(Even though fearnots made this argument first?...)

A side comment I would like to make:
Something I would like to shout out is that Louis Vuitton is famously known for working with a TON of kpop idols, Hyein is not the first kpop idol to work with them.
Like Hybe said I do believe BTS was the first kpop idols to be chosen as their brand ambassadors, but since then many other idols such as Blackpink's Lisa, Got7's Jackson Wang, Stray Kids's Felix, SNSD's Taeyeon, and NCT's Yuta, have all been working with LV. Felix is probably the #1 kpop idol most associated with LV and he's even walked for them in fashion shows and I want to say he's been promoted to brand muse?
Brand Muse is higher than Brand Ambassador and is probably the highest level you can be promoted to for being the face of a brand. I'm not 100% sure If he's been formally been named that, but the LV designer has at the very least said lot of times they see Felix as their muse and Felix has gotten tons of custom LV outfits made for his Stray Kids promotions which tons of other idols don't get.
(What i'm trying to emphasize is out of all the kpop idols Felix is at the top of the list for promoting LV.)
LV is known for working with kpop idols often and as someone who follows fashion IMO they are probably one of the high end brands who works with idols the most (followed by YSL). They also have a bunch of idols who work with them a lot who aren't official brand ambassadors, such as Twice's Nayeon (i'm honestly shocked she's not a formal BA by now.)
I know this might not seem the most relevant to this case to some people, but from an outside fashion perspective I just wanted to shout out that it's not unusual for LV to work with multiple kpop idols at the same time. While Hyein might have been offended that both herself and LSF are LV brand ambassadors from an outside perspective I honestly it's pretty on brand for LV to have multiple idols promoting them at the same time. This IMO is normal behavior from LV and I don't think they did this as a diss towards Hyein.

I have no idea what part i'll cover next, but i'll probably pick this up tomorrow.
Also, is it me or does nothing being argued in this trial so far seem to be relevant to the topic that's being ruled on which is whether NJZ's promotions should be halted until the contract trial's verdict is made?

Like I was expecting to wake up and see people argue why/why not NJZ's activities should be banned temporarily or not but I feel like no one even talked about that today???

Also once again please tell me whether the color coding helps or not.

If it's true that the labels are the ones that approach the luxury brands related to ambassadorships, then that's actually interesting. I always thought it was the other way around.

Color coding confusing to me. Have to keep checking back. An njz: or adr: at the beginning of statements is probably sufficient.

Color coding seems to confuse everyone so I’ll drop it, thank you for the feedback
It’s somewhat common for groups to reach out to smaller brands to work together, especially if the group is small as well, but I’ve never seen it happen for a big brand like LV.

For the most part the brands are the ones that reach out to the ambassadors, it honestly is quite odd that Source reached out to LV.If it's true that the labels are the ones that approach the luxury brands related to ambassadorships, then that's actually interesting. I always thought it was the other way around.

I'm good with the color coding, I don't know if you can improve it but I'll manage to read
This issue is one of the heated topic between HYBE and ADOR when MHJ was still in charge, one of the reason we have this conflict. Back in 2022 MHJ wanted to debut NJ, her group was formed and ready but it looks like BSH (Bang Sihyuk) wanted Le Sserafim to debut first in order to become the senior and maybe take luxury brands contract like LV. Hence maybe why BSH and Source rushed LS debut despite Kazuha and Eunchae not properly trained yet.
But why would LV work with some random girls at that time ? When Sakura, with whom they worked, and Chaewon were already known and well-established idols in the industry ?
With NJ's fame skyrocketing when they suddenly debuted without any teasers they would've got famous and luxury brands anyway soon enough.
