I don't even know what to call this? But dispatch released an article about the trial.
The article states Ador submitted 230 pages of evidence on their defense and NJZ submitted about 90 pages of evidence on their defense.

I tried to cut down on the color coding so right now it's:
Orange is Hybe. Blue is NJZ. Purple is some side context from me.
I also want to disclaim in advance, this dispatch article definitely is Ador-favoring. Since it gave a summary of both sides I wanted to share it, but I also just want to call out in advance this article definitely is leaning more towards Ador.
I also want to shout out that as we've previously seen in this trial so far, Ador seems to mostly be going after MHJ and blaming them for most things. Their angle still is that MHJ is manipulating the girls and this is MHJ's fault.
There were 10 topics discussed in the trial in which I will be breaking up into 2 posts to not make this too long. This post will be parts 1-5, the next post will be parts 6-10.

The manager of Belift Labs told the members of Illit to "ignore and pass by" in front of Hanni. An incident where a manager from the same agency, Hybe, ostracized and harassed Hanni. Three members of Illit passed by Hanni without greeting her. Some members mocked Hanni with their words and actions.
Ador
Hanni revealed to MHJ that all three members of Illit greeted her. It wasn't Hanni who said (that the manager said), "Ignore me," but MHJ who said it first. When asked, "Did your manager tell you not to greet me?", Hanni replied, "I don't know." This is a false excuse to create a reason to terminate her exclusive contract.
NJZ
It has been confirmed that there were videos in which the three members of illit did not greet each other, and that they were not even kept. The videos must have been selectively deleted and kept under the orders of Kim Joo-young and Lee Jae-sang. Shouldn't they find the people involved, confirm the facts, apologize, and prevent recurrence? I wonder why they aren't taking the obvious measures.

We have never deleted it, and there is no reason to delete it. I don't think it is a big issue for me (us?) either, and it is an issue that can be resolved by checking the video and calling both parties. Why would Hybe delete the video?

For some background context: This part is regarding part of the hybe documents leaks when hybe mentioned "뉴아르" As the three leading girl groups of the current gen of kpop. People were fighting over what girl groups each character was supposed to represent. People sort of knew the first character was for New Jeans and the last one was for Le Sserafim, so the main argument was what the "아" character was supposed to represent. Some people thought this meant Aespa, NJZ thought this meant Illit, Hybe is arguing this stood for Ive.

The fact that Hybe's music industry report on May 10, 2023 states that they will drop the 'New' in "뉴아르" (New Jeans, Illit, Le Seraphim) is interpreted as a plan to drop New Jeans and start over.

The '아' in "뉴아르" is not Illit, but Ive. At the time the document was written, Illit had not even debuted. It started from a clear misunderstanding of facts. The opinion was that it would be better to avoid categorizing News Jeans and Le Sserafim and categorize them with other girl groups (Blackpink, Aespa, Ive).

Isn't there a plan to somehow exclude New Jeans from the category of representative 4th generation girl groups and include Le Sserafim? In fact, they launched Illit that imitated New Jeans and implemented a plan to damage and replace the New Jeans brand value.

On October 24, 2024, 1 year and 5 months after the report was written, someone read the report more than 7 times. The person who read it was MHJ. It was a statement to correct the facts. It was not '1.02 million in Japan', but '1.02 million in Japan and other countries'. Not correcting the facts could actually be a violation of the Capital Markets Act.

Ador said they were only able to get 2/3 videos down so that might be the 3rd one.
If the video is on Instagram both Ador and NJZ should be able to easily contact Instagram to get it taken down cause that being posted without consent is a violation, so I don’t understand that?
At the very least if bunnies band together and mass report it insta should have it down in a day.
